With over 10 years of experience practicing law in the Dominican Republic, Fulgencio Espinal Franco specializes in Corporate and Commercial Law, Aeronautical Law, and Conflict Resolution.
He provides assistance to both local and international clients in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and regulatory affairs, among others.
Before joining Ferrand & Alvarez in 2021, he worked as Legal Consultant for the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santo Domingo, Inc., and Executive Secretary of the Arbitration Court of said Chamber.
He received his Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Catholic University of Santo Domingo (UCSD) in 2010, completed a Master’s in Business Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in 2015, and obtained a specialization in Aeronautical and Space Law at UDIMA University in Madrid, coordinated by the Ibero-American Institute of Aeronautical and Space Law and Commercial Aviation, in 2023.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.
