Juan Antonio Ferrand Pujals is a founding partner and the managing partner of the firm. With over 20 years of experience as a lawyer, he specializes in Corporate, Commercial, Foreign Trade, and Aeronautical law.
He provides legal assistance to clients in the Dominican Republic’s major economic sectors, with a particular focus on the aviation and airport industry.
He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and pursued the following international master’s degrees:
1. Advanced University Diploma (DSU) in Commercial Law from Panthéon-Assas University, Paris II, Paris, France, 2002-2003.
2. LLM in French, European, and International Business Law from the Institute of Comparative Law (IDC) at Panthéon-Assas University, Paris II, Paris, France, 2003-2004.
